My main focus over the past 15 years has been endurance training in swimming and cycling.
I have competed over the past 5 years in triathlons and also managed a sub 12 hour IRON MAN. My interests at the moment have been around training on the rig and increasing my knowledge in suspension training.
I am always available for advice on bike purchases and setup if needed.
