Gym Fitness

I started my fitness journey racing mountain bikes and I decided I would like to learn butterfly stroke where I then joined the Sudbury storms. I diversified and moved onto triathlon training after joining my local running club. Where I attained a 3rd in the East Region Triathlon League. I now enjoy maintaining my fitness with cycling as my main focus.
